Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PaydAI ("Platform"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or between 13–18 with parental/guardian consent, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

PaydAI offers AI-driven job matching, resume assistance, and career guidance as described on our website. The Platform only facilitates connections between candidates and third-party employers. We are not an employer unless specifically stated.

3. Account Registration and User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide truthful and complete registration data.
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account and any activity under it.
• You may not create multiple accounts without permission.

4. Eligible Use and Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to spamming, data scraping, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

Prohibited conduct includes providing false or misleading information, or impersonating someone else.

5. User Content

You retain rights to your submitted content (resumes, profiles), but grant PaydAI a license to use, display, and share it for the purpose of providing our services.

Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights, contains confidential information, or violates Indian law.

6. Fees, Payments, and Cancellations

Pricing, payment, billing cycles, and refund/cancellation policies are as described on the Platform's Pricing & Plans page.

If we approve your refund, we will process and credit it to your bank account within 3-5 working days.

PaydAI reserves the right to modify subscription fees with advance notice.

7. Personal Data and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (see [link]) explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we use, store, share, and protect it.

Data collection and processing comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data via support@paydai.in.

In case of a data breach, users and the Data Protection Board of India will be timely notified.

8. Children's Data

If you are a minor under 18, parental/guardian consent is required. Parental consent may be revoked, and upon such request, your data will be deleted.

9. Platform Content and Intellectual Property

All content and technology provided by PaydAI is protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws.

Users may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer the Platform.

10. Service Availability and Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.

We do not guarantee job placements or outcomes.

PaydAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to Service and Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform, or these Terms, at any time.

Users will be notified of material updates; continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

PaydAI may terminate or suspend access for breach of terms or applicable law.

Upon termination, user access and licenses end, and personal data will be deleted per policy and law.

13. Grievance Officer and Contact

For any grievances, contact our Grievance Officer at: [grievance@paydai.in], as per Section 5(9) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [City, State] shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes.
