Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payments

Payments for the services offered by PaydAI (Yoloveda) shall be on a 100% advance basis. Any refund will be at the sole discretion of PaydAI (Yoloveda).

PaydAI (Yoloveda) offers no guarantees for the accuracy or timeliness of refunds reaching the customer's card or bank account and gives no guarantees of server uptime or applications working properly. All services are provided on a best-effort basis, and liability is limited to refunding the amount charged. We undertake no liability for free services.

PaydAI (Yoloveda) reserves the right to amend, alter, or change any disclaimers or terms of agreements at any time without prior notice. All terms and disclaimers, whether specifically mentioned or implied, are deemed to be included whenever reference is made to them. Refunds remain subject to our agreed policy, and we may modify our prices prospectively.

If you buy any of our paid services, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes and to any additional terms specific to those services. Failure to pay these fees will result in the termination of your paid services. You also agree that:

  • Your purchase may be subject to foreign exchange fees or price differences based on location (e.g., exchange rates).
  • We may store and continue billing your payment method (e.g., credit card), even after it has expired, to avoid service interruptions and to pay for other services you may buy. You may update or change your payment method at any time.
  • If you purchase a subscription, your payment method will automatically be charged at the start of each subscription period for the fees and taxes applicable to that period. To avoid future charges, cancel before the renewal date.
  • We may modify our prices with prospective effect upon reasonable notice to the extent allowed under the law.
  • All paid services are subject to PaydAI's cancellation and refund policy described below.
  • We may calculate taxes payable by you based on the billing information that you provide us.

Cancellation & Refunds

All Premium Products

PaydAI Premium products may be refundable within seven days of purchase (if specified in the product pricing), provided the services have not been used. If you cancel your Premium product, all Premium features will cease immediately.

For subscription and pay-as-you-go products, refunds will be issued for unused services beyond the current billing period. Premium features remain available until the end of the active billing period and then cease.
